➡️ ByMenagerie.com – For the final newsletter of 2023, we begin with a 9-year-old domain in the apparel niche. This domain was previously used for an e-commerce business selling lingerie. They moved to another domain earlier this year. There are no live trademarks associated with this domain name. The backlink profile consists of exactly 60 referring domains, including some reputable ones from sites like the LA Times, HuffPost, and NYPost. You can acquire this domain for $1,425.
➡️ BookGarageTime.com – This could be a great hidden gem. This domain was previously used by a company providing a service akin to Airbnb for garages, where you could rent out your garage for others to check or fix their vehicles. The site once received 20,000 visitors per month. On the downside, there is still a live trademark for the term “GarageTime.” This 6-year-old domain could be utilized in numerous ways, from being a content site to lead generation, or even rebuilding the old business model. At $1,995, this domain could also be of interest to domain flippers, as its value is evident.
➡️ OptionsUniversity.com – This is a 22-year-old domain in the finance/investing niche. Previously, it was used to promote some dubious-looking investing courses. It closed its doors in 2022. Over the years, the domain has accumulated 250 referring domains. However, there is a lack of valuable links from financial giants. The price of $2,995 seems a bit high, but if you have plans for a site in this niche, this domain could be a decent choice.

➡️ 4-year-old cooking site making $10,275/mo on Empire Flippers – A typical cooking niche site focusing on BBQ. Although it was affected by the most recent update, the site still attracts decent traffic numbers with just 250 articles published. Another positive aspect of this site is its great backlink profile, consisting of more than 800 referring domains. The site earns revenue from Raptive and 10 different affiliate partners. Due to both significant growth over the last 12 months and the impact of the most recent update, a 30X multiple seems fair. View on Empire Flippers
➡️ 6-year-old hobby site making $4,628/mo on Empire Flippers – This is an interesting niche site heavily affected by the update. However, it also receives strong social media traffic, which somewhat mitigates the impact of the update. At first glance, some of the information found in the listing warrants proper due diligence. The valuation set at 39X is too high due to the update’s effects. We recommend waiting for the January 2024 numbers and comparing them with the same period a year prior to assessing the actual impact of the September-December updates. View on Empire Flippers
➡️ 1-year-old chess site making $18/mo on Flippa – This is a beginner site in the evergreen chess niche. Although it’s a smaller site, it already attracts almost 10,000 visitors per month and ranks for 8,000 keywords. ➡️ $44/mo Tech Niche Site: This is a beginner site in the tech niche earning from both Ezoic and Amazon Associates. Similar to the site mentioned earlier, the seller is asking too much at $2,200.

- Huvrtech.com: The site for a hoverboard viral ad campaign from 2014. It has a DR of 43 and is ranking for 23 keywords in the top 100 positions. Backlinks from BusinessInsider, HuffPost and Time.
- VolunteerTV.com: Started in 2000, this was the Knoxville TV Station WVLT site. The domain has a DR of 46 and is ranking for 6 KWs with backlinks from NYTimes, CNN and TheGuardian.
- Zady.com: This was a fashion e-commerce site started in 2004. It has a DR of 54 and ranks for 4 KWs. Backlinks from Forbes, NYTimes and CNN.
