This week we take a look at three premium-aged domains from our partners –SerpDomains.
➡️ CareerNetwork.org – An almost archaic 23-year-old domain dropped earlier this year. It was previously used as a website for a nearly 50-year-old NPO, a career development network that provided training for career professionals. The domain is supported by 186 referring domains, including many .edu backlinks. The price is on the higher side, sitting at $5,200. For that reason, and the fact that it’s a .org, we recommend using this domain if you want to quickly kickstart a new brand in the business world.
➡️ BallTribe.com – A 12-year-old sports blog also dropped earlier this year. Based on the Wayback Machine, it appears to have been a news content mill, copying news from another domain. The website never attracted significant organic traffic. As a result, the domain attracted 187 referring domains, with only a few noteworthy sports-related backlinks. The price is set at $2,500. The domain could be a decent starting point due to its brandable name, which could be used for almost any sport.
➡️ StartupTravels.com – An interesting 8-year-old domain, once used as a social media network/startup incubator, which ceased operations back in 2018. With a modest backlink profile of 73 referring domains, you have the option of pursuing both travel and startup niches. The domain could be yours for $2,350.
🚀 3 Brokered Websites For Sale
➡️ 1-year-old Youtube business site making $6,331/mo on Empire Flippers – Kicking off this week with a unique listing: a collection of faceless YouTube channels, specializing in the true crime genre and catering to various countries. These channels have seen remarkable growth over the past year, boasting a professional appearance with eye-catching thumbnails, straightforward voice-over videos, and captivating content. (check our course on faceless YT). The largest channel operates in English, but the others span multiple languages. However, sourcing suitable voice actors for these languages shouldn’t be an issue. ➡️ 3-year-old information site making $3,911/mo on Empire Flippers – A programmatic SEO site. It was hit by the update, but not drastically (30% drop). The website is primarily monetized with display ads, with Amazon as a distant second. The site is listed at a 35x multiple, which is too high for this site. ➡️ 1-year-old SaaS making $405/mo on Flippa – A smaller SaaS in the productivity niche. Although the products are average at best, we believe that the current monetization strategy is off for this site. It should be a marketplace for selling templates, not a subscription-based service as it is now. With just this change, you could potentially double the revenue using the existing traffic numbers. Paired with a brandable domain, this presents a decent flipping opportunity. View on Flippa

➡️ $35/mo Headphones Niche Site: 1-year-old site earning through Ezoic and Amazon. It’s a beginner site unaffected by the latest Google updates. The price is $1,200, and there are already a few people interested in it, so hurry up.
➡️ $1,337/mo Parenting Niche Site: An 8-year-old site earning from display ads. This is another site that wasn’t affected by the update, showing a steady revenue trend over the last 12 months. The price is set at $46,000, a 34x multiple.

Aged domains bidding from $155 to $1,065 at the time of writing.
- LikeCreeper.com: Was a site that allowed you to view private Instagram profiles and photos. Started in 2015, the domain has a DR of 23 and is ranking for 1,135 keywords in the top 100 positions. Backlinks from Wired, CrunchBase and BuzzFeedNews.
- WhatGas.com: A gas price tracking site started in 2016. It has a DR of 29 and ranks for 834 KWs with backlinks from CNet, Wikipedia and AOL.
- OrlandoBrewing.com: The site for an organic brewery in Orlando FL, starting in 2011. With a DR of 43 and ranking for 226 KWs. Backlinks from BuzzSprout, AOL and Hilton.
