➡️ VisitOhrid.org – 16-year-old site in the travel niche on Odys – This was a dedicated travel site for Ohrid, Macedonia. I would recreate the site as a local travel site; these types of sites do very well. There are 161 referring domains with links from Thrillist, Telegraph, etc. View on Odys
➡️ 12-year-old 2-site package in Education niche making $19,026/mo on Empire Flippers – This deal will likely sell quickly. It is a package of two sites related to UK professions. The traffic and revenue have been stable, and the site is only monetized through display ads. ➡️ 10-year-old Crypto/Finance site making $19,027/mo on Quiet Light – While we usually don’t cover crypto sites, this one is an exception, as it is a well-run business with more than 80 revenue sources (mostly from crypto projects). So, if you are interested in entering the niche during this bull run, this could be a great option for you. With an existing database of more than 800 articles, the site covers the niche very well. Unlike many sites listed on all brokerages, it has remained largely unaffected by recent updates, showcasing its resilience and potential for growth. It’s on a promising trajectory towards surpassing the 50k threshold, which would enable it to transition away from Ezoic. ➡️ Winter sports Niche Site: The site was earning decently until Amazon banned the owner’s Affiliate ID. They have become stricter lately. This presents a perfect opportunity for a more extended project, especially as the winter season is almost over.

- ElioMotors.com: This was the site for a 3-wheeled vehicle manufacturer started in 2013. It currently has a DR of 61 and is ranking for 893 keywords in the top 100 positions with backlinks from TheGuardian, NYTimes and CNN.
- DefenceAviationPost.com: A defence news website started in 2016 with a DR of 36 and ranking for 74 KWs. Backlinks from Wikipedia, Crunchbase and Purdue.
- TeamYogurt.com: Started in 2015, this was a site about yogurt making. It has a DR of 36 and is not currently ranking for any keywords but has backlinks from USAToday, NYTimes and Buzzfeed.
