➡️ CourtAppointedMasters.org – The first domain for this week is related to US law. It is highly specific, so further research is needed. The site was previously used by an organization that changed domains (but did not redirect) back in 2022. The domain was first registered in 2004 and is supported by a modest 90 referring domains. The price is $2,195. It is a solid domain for a potential programmatic SEO site.
➡️ ShortWhale.com – This domain was used for an interesting service that functioned as a sort of email shortener. It was launched in 2013 and ceased operations in 2022. There are 96 referring domains pointing to it, including those from producthunt.com, indiegogo.com, and substack.com, indicating that this domain could be suitable for your new SaaS. This domain could be yours for $2,295.
➡️ ShakaCon.org – Another .org domain was used as the front page for a Hawaii coding conference, which was last held in 2020. With its short and catchy domain name, you could repurpose this domain as a conference directory site. You will get a head start with 91 referring domains. The price is $1,740.

➡️ JacksOfScience.com – 17 year old site in science niche on Odys – This site was built on an expired domain that was originally started in 2006. Most recently, it was affected by the September Google update. Nonetheless, it still ranks for almost 8,000 keywords and is supported by 372 referring domains. ➡️ LightBulbs4Cars.com – 17 year old site in automotive niche on Odys – As the name suggests, this site is currently in e-commerce form. It is a bit outdated, but back in the day (2017), it peaked at 22,000 in organic traffic according to Ahrefs. You could either use this domain as an e-commerce site for reselling car bulbs, or alternatively, create a typical affiliate site. View on Odys
➡️ 8-year-old lifestyle site making $4,365/mo on Empire Flippers – A well-built affiliate site with more than 10 affiliate partnerships. The site has a great traffic-to-revenue ratio. Although the site was affected by the most recent updates, social traffic is the primary source of traffic, so the impact wasn’t that detrimental. ➡️ 6-year-old travel site making $14,094/mo on Empire Flippers – An interesting travel site offering digital products centered around a specific type of travel arrangements. Most of the traffic is paid through Facebook, but the profit margins are high, sitting at 42%. The niche is somewhat seasonal, with the peak month being January. There are tremendous opportunities to improve organic traffic and thus increase profit margins even further.View on Empire Flippers
➡️ TestMyThumbnails.com – 1 year SaaS making $782 on Flippa – – An interesting smaller SaaS for YouTube where you can test your thumbnails. It is currently receiving almost 30,000 views per month, which is great for a relatively new SaaS in an oversaturated market. The user base is already significant, and if you have experience in optimizing smaller SaaS businesses for revenue, this could be a great flipping opportunity. View on Flippa

- TravelPony.com: Was a travel deal and hotel booking site started in 2013. It has a DR of 26 and ranks for 27 KWs with backlinks from Lifehacker, Penny-Arcade and SmarterTravel.
- SameFacts.com: A political blog started in 2007 with a DR of 51 and ranking for 4 KWs. Backlinks from TheGuardian, NYTimes and Bloomberg.
