Job boards, informational sites about specific professions, and even Learning Management Systems (LMS) for certain professions are doing great. This 17-year-old domain, backed by 164 referring domains, is a great pick if you want to start one. The price is $1,790.

➡️ 31-year-old health books business making $3,760/mo on Empire Flippers -This is probably the oldest business featured in this newsletter. The business is extremely stable and earns royalties from two books in the fitness niche. On the other hand, its digital presence could be improved to further enhance sales numbers. ➡️ 1-year-old travel site making $413/mo on Motion Invest – Rare are the sites that weren’t affected by the September Google Update. This one is among them; it is a brand-new site already attracting 30,000 views per month. The revenue is distributed between affiliate marketing and display ads. The price is good for a growing site. ➡️ 10-year-old digital marketplace making $943/mo on Flippa – This site has 50,000 visits per month but only earns $1,000 per month, meaning that it is probably under-monetized. Just by tweaking the monetization strategy, you could improve revenue quickly. Although there is a danger of AI overtaking this niche, there will always be a need for this type of service.
