YouTube can be an incredible learning resource. When it comes to building successful profitable niche sites, there are multiple channels with talented individuals sharing their knowledge, tips, and tactics for building a successful niche site. Or even a full niche site business.
“I don’t know what to do” isn’t an excuse when it comes to not being able to build successful niche sites. Not when there are so many great YouTube channels about building niche sites.
Take a look at some of these channels that I personally follow for a wide array of tips, tactics, and strategies for making any niche site more profitable.
Best YouTube Channels That I Recommend
Spencer Haws (Niche Pursuits)
Spencer Haws of NichePursuits.com has a YouTube channel attached to his well-known and respected website. Strangely, the YouTube channel doesn’t have nearly the attention as the site but it is a wealth of great information.
Spencer has built hundreds of niche sites, starting as far back as 2006 and the “micro niche” days of a decade ago to modern Niche Site Projects that prove he is still on top of the game when it comes to building profitable niche websites from scratch – and teaches you exactly how to do what he does.
This channel has a large wealth of information although the focus over the last two years tends to be focused heavily on two things:
- Interviews with very successful online businesses or experiences
- Everything SEO, especially with link building
This channel is a treasure trove of information and should be on the shortlist of anyone in the niche website business regardless of experience level.

Niche Safari
Niche Safari is the YouTube channel owned by Chris, who shares his strategies for keyword research, the importance of on-site SEO, and case studies of both building niche sites as well as reviewing niche sites for potential purchase.
This channel is loaded with videos detailing actionable steps that Chris takes to build content, format the posts, and pay attention to both on-page and off-page SEO to climb the ranks of Google.
The income reports then clearly show the results of those actions, proving that the systems used for Niche Safari work.

Emilia Gardner
Emilia made the jump to making money online for three years and has been recording the move from full-time professional career to side hustle, to self-employment online. Her YouTube channel started primarily as a place to post videos of her Fall Forward Podcast episodes online but has continued to expand from there.
The channel focuses not only on conventional topics like display ads and Amazon, but also looks at SkillShare, teaching online, KDP, and the motivation factors that separate successful niche site builders from those who quit before they succeed.

The Website Flip
The Website Flip, a channel headed by Mushfiq Sarker, covers tutorials on buying and selling websites. Mushfiq shares insights from due diligence, valuations, how to buy sites, and much more.
Notable Videos:
Carl Broadbent
Carl Broadbent started his first website back in 2017 after looking for step-by-step guides on YouTube. He wanted out of a corporate job and wanted financial independence while working from home with a flexible schedule.
Carl was a great student as he’s built multiple websites that now earn him five figures per month and has successfully sold many niche sites, as well. This channel teaches everything he knows on the topic both big and small.
Topics range from small technical points like optimizing the AAWP plugin or adding a pin button for Pinterest to a site to SEO tips and best content outsourcing practices. The videos tend to be very detail-oriented, which makes this already educational channel especially useful for niche site builders who often find themselves running into one or two very specific issues they could use more mentoring on.

One Hour Professor
One Hour Professor is the YouTube page of Professor Ron Stefanski, who combines his educational background with real-world online business experience to create informative and helpful videos for niche website builders.
Ron does a great job of sharing revenue numbers, showing his multiple online businesses, and in addition to common niche website topics, he also focuses on niche adjacent topics. This includes topics like using Facebook ads, learning how to create & promote online courses, and avoiding potentially costly mistakes.
I’ve found this to be a great resource when looking at topics like building a writing team, outsourcing work, and the mechanics of scaling an online business.
Occasionally there will also be videos on more general topics of passive income, investments, and other similar topics that many niche site builders also tend to be passionate about.
